AEO Drop Watts n’Sprint

This ride will focus on sprint practice! At the beginning of the ride we will start slowly and blob up, then will gradually increase pace. Make sure you use your “power-up” and position yourself correctly for the SPRINT ATTACK! Who will take the Green Jersey?… Join Us and find out!

AEO Women’s Wind Down Ride

Join us for a sub 1.5 W/KG paced social ride on a flat course with no surprises 😉 . Our experienced team of zwifters will maintain a steady pace, whilst introducing you to the art of drafting and the benefits of riding in a group, plus a safe space to ask any questions you may have whilst winding down for the weekend after a busy week.
